Hi, I'm Kristin

Support in early parenthood should feel calm, clear, and connected.

You don't have to carry this alone.

The Heart Behind My Work

Early parenting can feel beautiful and overwhelming at the same time.

There's advice everywhere. Questions you didn't know you had. A quiet pressure to get everything right.

As a mother of two daughters, I remember how vulnerable those early weeks can feel — how much love there is, and how much uncertainty can live alongside it.

What most parents need in this season isn't more noise. It's grounded, experienced support.

That belief shapes everything I do.

Because when you feel supported, you find your footing with more confidence — and more calm.

While You Care for Your Baby, I Care

for You

Whether we're in your home or connecting virtually, you're not doing this alone.

When questions come up, you don't have to guess. When sleep feels hard, you don't have to spiral. When doubt creeps in, you don't have to carry it quietly.

You have experienced guidance in your corner— helping you filter the noise and move forward with confindence.

Because early parenting isn't about getting it perfect.

It's about feeling supported as you grow into it.

My Approach

My own journey into motherhood shaped this work for me.

I've experienced how vulnerable the early weeks can feel — and how powerful the right support can be.

My training in postpartum care, pediatric sleep consulting, and Ayurvedic support, allows me to offer guidance that is calm, practical, and deeply respectful of your values.

Western CT Doula is built on the belief:

When a mother is supported, the whole family thrives.

Kristin was my saving grace!

“When I was pregnant, I wasn't sure if I'd need a postpartum doula. I learned my lesson the hard way when I found myself struggling with a two-week-old. Kristin was my saving grace! With her help, I was finally able to breastfeed after a tough start. She was such a warm presence in my home and helped me to find my confidence as a new mom.”
